Police: Thief flees after Monroe resident steps outside
MONROE, CT --- A Karen Drive resident saw someone checking vehicle doors in his driveway around 1:10 a.m. Tuesday. When he stepped outside of his house, he told police the suspect ran and got into a vehicle that drove off. The resident did not get a description of the thief nor the fleeing vehicle. Lt.
